domain and other host

    I am with a host for my forums and thought i would transfer my wordpress.com account there too as free to do so

    Problem

    Bought domain http://www.mistresskayblog.com

    Did everything i should import/export but lost pictures, users my follows you name it gone and not impressed 2 days back and forth with them and not happy

    Question

    Could i just keep with you with the domain i bought and if so what should i do to get back to you hosting this

    Just to add spotted the mapping path

    this just maps the domain nothing that i sent across to the host does it

    ie. everything i have saved on my wordpress.com account remains exactly the same not anything stored on the new hosts end

    Does that makes sense
