Hey there, I canceled my plan and domain due to how complicated and expensive it was to upgrade. I just signed up for the plan today and only got $30 back (out of the $48) I barely used the software. Please can I have a full refund?

Hi there,
I checked your account, and we processed refunds yesterday for $30 and $18. You can see receipts for both those refunds in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
It can take up to ten business days after we issue a refund before it will appear in your account, and this depends on processing times at your bank. Please follow up with them directly if you don’t see the refund reflected in your statement after that time.
Are you willing to share with me what you found complicated? What were you trying to do that didn’t work for you?

For sure, what I found to be complicated was…I was trying build out my website but then realized I would need to install a template, but then realized I needed to upgrade my plan.
