Domain and plan purchase not showing on my account.

    I paid $138 for a plan and a domain and it is not showing up on my account. I created the account and went through the process of it straight away asking me for a topic to make my domain and asked for what plan I wanted to go with. I started making my site but then stepped away from my computer for a few hours, when I came back it asked me to log back in and now it says my account has “no domain” and shows no purchase history on my account.

    I have gone through all my emails and there is no confirmation of buying a plan but the amount is pending to come out of my bank account. Seems weird that I was able to start customizing straight away after purchase but now it’s acting like the purchase never happened on the account.

    I have paid for a domain and plan for my account but there is no record anywhere on my account of the plan or domain but the money has been taken out of my bank account. I need a refund or I need my account to be given the things I ordered.
