Domain and Plan Refund

A few hours ago I purchased the premium plan and domain name registration (the domain name came free with it). I just cancelled it as I realized this was not the service I wanted. I paid a sum of $99 but was only refunded $81 despite canceling BOTH the domain name registration and the plan. Will I receive the remainder of the total? The domain I need help with is http://www.cephotography.org

Yes, I believe I did. I just a notice of my refund from PayPal, and the refund was actually only $73, not $81.

The part that has me wondering if you’ve completed the necessary steps:
“If you your domain is part of a plan, you will have to remove the plan before you can remove the domain.”
Did you remove the plan, then remove the domain?

Yes, I removed the plan, and saw that it didn’t refund all of the money, but I figured it would do it when I removed the domain. So then I went ahead with removing the domain, but nothing more was refunded.

I’ve issued the remainder of the refund for you.
I notice you had also bought a Premium Theme for $75 which you did not cancel. However, I see you’ve deleted the site, meaning you can no longer use the theme. So I’ve also cancelled and refunded that theme for you.
You should receive both refunds in a few days.
