The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
So, the domain subscription only provides domain registration for your site. Plugin access is separate from this as it can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
The Business Plan doesn’t solely allow you to install plugins. It also allows you to install third-party themes, provides 200 GB of media library space, sFTP access, real-time backups, live chat support, no ads, and more:
For more information on plugins on WordPress.com, please visit our support page:

Let me know if you have any other problems or questions.
Cheers,

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I would like to solve some other doubts.
On my site I have a contact form, when someone fills the form, where can I see their answer?
Another question is, what is a post and what is a page, what is the difference? -
Hey there,
I’m glad to see that’s been useful
On my site I have a contact form, when someone fills the form, where can I see their answer?
These are accumulated in the feedback section of the site here: https://fundacionamadadelsenor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback
Another question is, what is a post and what is a page, what is the difference?
That’s a good question. A page tends to show static content, that seldom gets updated, so for example an about page, or a contact page.
A post is piece of content that would accumulate on a news/blog page of the site. Generally speaking, a blog post, is more of a journal or an update.
This guide here, explains in more detail what a post is, and how it relates to a blog page on the site: https://wordpress.com/support/posts/
I hope this helps.

What should I do so that my address is: fundacionamadadadelsenor.com and not fundacionamadadelsenor.wordpress.com?

Hi there,
You appear to have canceled your domain name, which has resulted in a refund and also means that you no longer own it. However, you do have a few options for getting it back, let us know which you would like to move forward with!
- Wait for grace period to end – Your domain is in a 5 day grace period (from the time you cancelled) but at the end of that it goes on sale again. As long as no one buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider. According to our records it will be available on or about April 2nd
- Let us recover the domain – Because you have already been refunded, we can send an invoice for registration fees and restore the domain. You’ll be able to connect it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
- Stay on WordPress.com – The cost of your domain is included in your annual plan purchase. To restore your domain just purchase a new plan, and then let us know so we can reattach the domain to your WordPress.com site. Note that you must choose the annual (not monthly) billing option in order for the domain recovery to be free.
Hope that helps! Please let us know how you would like to proceed, thanks!
