My domain states it is not setup for auto renewal and you guys charged me! you are dicks and I want cancel my website and my domain!!! Please email me the instruction to sue your ass.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. If you did that and it did not “take” then simply wait for Staff to assist you as I tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi there,
After looking into your account, I did not find any recent auto-renewals on your account. The most recent auto-renewal went through in September. Do you have another domain/account that was recently auto-renewed?
