Domain and site renewal

  I am having trouble renewing our domain and page. It allows me to log in and then tell me to contact customer support. Our domain is applevalleyyarncompany.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired back on August 12th and has gone through most of it’s expiration process. It has now been returned to the domain registrar and will be getting released back to the general public at any time, at which point you will be able to re-register it for its original price.

  At this point you cannot renew the domain. You can visit your original site at applevalleyyarn.wordpress.com, and you can also choose to purchase a different domain name if you so desire but at this exact moment applevalleyyarncompany.com is not available.
