if i buy a domain from you, i need to buy a host too?
in this moment you offer me 3 gb space for free.If i don’t need more than that i have to by another host (the 10 gb for example from SPACE UPGRADE? )i will wait an answer

The domain just provides the domain itself. There’s no reason for another host, we are your host.
If you exceed your free 3GB of space, you can purchase more from the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard.

i have just to purchase the new domain and i will have free host from you.After this change i hope that my blog’s Dashboard will remain the same and just the name will change. I will lose my Page Rank? and i have to promote my new name again?

Almost everything will remain the same, think of it as just a new coat for your old blog.
Page rank may be affect, but not by much. The old links will continue to work and redirect to the new domain.
