Domain and subscription

Just had to cancel my subscription cause the first domain I was given was released for me to use another one but while changing it dont know how the system confirmed one I didnt really want. Cant you just credit the amount to repurchase the basic plan and set it up properly, with the right domain?

What exactly are you trying to do?
Our logs show you bought a Personal Plan and the domain, maurice-nicolaas.com, on Friday, and then we cancelled the domain yesterday at your request and you registered a new one, mauricestudio.com, before cancelling both that domain and the plan. We have already issued a full refund for the payment you made on Friday when you cancelled these upgrades, so there is nothing for us to credit to your account at this point. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you again want to buy a plan and domain, please go to My Site ->Plans and purchase the plan you want. If you want to use one of the two domain names you bought and cancelled over the weekend, let me know and I can see if it’s then still possible to restore the domain to your account. But you should know once a domain is cancelled, it is not released immediately, and it might not be possible to re-register the same domain you had before.
