Domain and upgrades

    As I said before, I’m a little bit afraid of losing my domain and need some advices.
    The point is: my domain expired 39 days ago, and I want to renew it today. But I just saw that it costs R$98 ($18 + $80 of redemption), and I was wondering if I can only upgrade to the PREMIUM ($99) instead and get my .com again, without paying two times.
    What should I do? Pay the $98 plus $99 for the upgrade?

    Hi there,

    Buying the WordPress.com Premium upgrade will not renew your domain name. That is a completely separate upgrade, and you will need to buy it in addition to renewing your domain.

    You will need to click the “Renew Now” button on your My Upgrades page to renew the domain name. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
