domain and website importing

My business https://www.growmediagroup.ca/, is wanting to move our website hosting and domain to WORDPRESS. the original site was built with wordpress so it can be imported. When I went to import it, the plan changed to BUSINESS $33 per month. Is this because of features already on the current site? or is it a requirement of importing?

    Hi there!

I’ll be happy to help you with this!

The WordPress.com Business plan is being added to the cart because the option to import the entire site to WordPress.com will migrate your site as-is — including all its plugins and themes — and that is possible with the WordPress.com Business plan or higher.

This will not migrate plugins or custom themes, so you’ll need to choose a theme and customize the site on our end. But the site will have all your content from the existing site.
