Domain at GoDaddy's, hosting on free WordPress, how link to Webmaster Tools?

  I bought a domain at GoDaddy’s (www.meinesprache.com) and decided to host it on a free WordPress account for starters, because I wanna try things out before I actually start paying huge amounts of money for it. I somehow managed to link it to Analytics now (although it has been tricky and confusing!) But all the provided methods to link it to Webmaster Tools only seem to apply for a premium account. Then trying to verify via my GoDaddy account I realised that would also only be possible if I had a web hosting plan with GoDaddy.

  Is there any way to get access to Webmaster Tools while having NO premium versions in either GoDaddy or WordPress? Or would that only be possible when having a paid account somewhere?

  You actually do not need to have a web hosting plan with GoDaddy to verify your WordPress.com site.

  Have you decided if you’re going to self-host your site via GoDaddy’s hosting plan, or host your site here at WordPress.com? If you’re still on the fence about this, you can take a look at the document which describes the different:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you are hosting your site here at WordPress.com, but mapping it with your domain name over at GoDaddy, you can still use your Google Webmaster Tools:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

  You don’t need to have Premium services to do this. You can verify your GoDaddy domain name with Google, and enter the codes here at WordPress.com:
  https://meinesprachedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php
