Domain available but I cant use it?

    I want to change my domain to just my full name (which is available) but it wont let me change it to this. I think I might have had it as my domain on the same account about a year ago before I changed it. Now it wont let me change it back. Is there a way to get around this? The domain is definitely not active elsewhere .

    emmatkalcevic.wordpress.com is no longer available.
    The authors have deleted this site.

    If you’re talking about that site it all depends on when you deleted it. If you deleted it more than 30 days ago, clicking past all the warnings, then the address is no longer available to ever be used again.

    You could perhaps upgrade to a paid plan and use your name with a .com at the end rather than .wordpress.com.
