Domain billing

    I do not want to menu the domain vegannepenthes.com. I received a email receipt for a charge on this domain. There’s no reference to it in my account and no way to manage it.

    Will you please reverse the transaction and stop the billing?

    Hi there!

    That domain was registered under a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log into the correct account to request a cancellation.

    Otherwise, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
