  Hi Christina!

  To renew your expired domain, you can visit your site at BlueKittyCool.org, and click the ‘Renew Now’ button, or you can renew through your User Dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades. Here’s a link.

  Note that in order to renew the domain, you’ll need to be logged in as the owner of the site.

  Thank you for the speedy reply! I’ve tried logging in, but the gmail account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) was deleted! This makes password recovery impossible. I visited a link that addressed this issue; it asked for specific info to prove I’m the owner, but the only info I have comes from a website that traces the domain back to me. In short, I can’t log in.

  If you are unable to access your account, I would recommend that you work through our Account Recovery process. There are a number of pieces of information that you might be able to use to recover your account. Here’s a link to our Account Recovery Page.

  Using this form is the fastest way to recover your account, and then renew your domain.
