Domain bought through Gsuites
-
I am creating a website for a client and she has already purchased the domain on Gsuites so she can use it for her email. She would like to keep her email and use the domain already purchased. I created an account on wordpress and put the domain in on the domain mapping option. It is asking me to pay $99 for the domain mapping, I am not familiar with this and do not know what I need to do.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
To map your existing domain, you need to have a paid upgrade for your site. You can navigate here and check what kind of plans WordPress.com is providing currently.
Once you make up your mind to upgrade your site, you can go to https://wordpress.com/plans/ and upgrade your site to the plan you want. After that, please follow the steps in the following support page.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/NOTE:
The Premium plan($99 per year) isn’t necessary for a domain mapping. If you prefer the Personal plan(which is cheaper than the Premium), please make sure that you purchase the plan first before trying to map your domain. If you try to map your domain before purchasing a plan, it will lead you to pay $99 to upgrade to the Premium plan automatically. If you have further questions, please let us know.
Thanks :) -
May I add this please? WordPress.com does not provide an email service for blogs on their sub domains or on custom domains. Please see these support docs
