I purchased a plan and a domain, but quickly thereafter I realized this really isn’t what I was looking for. I canceled my plan and was able to get a refund for it. I also removed my domain from my account but did not receive a refund nor was it made clear whether or not removing the domain from the account was going to cancel the annual fee for it. Is there any way to get a refund for the domain? (I had it for less than an hour) Or, at the very least, is there any way to cancel the subscription if what I’ve done wasn’t canceling it? Also, is there any other way to get help on this site without having to post on a forum??

I read the terms of service and it clearly states that if a domain is canceled within 2 days of registration you will receive a full refund. I canceled within an hour of purchase and was not given a refund.
