    Hello,

    I need help to delete my WordPress site. When I try to delete it, it says to me that the site cant be deleted because of the domain bind. Then I tried to delete my domains but I couldn’t. Note that I want to delete everything I have and I don’t want to use the domains anymore and I dont want to register them anywhere else. I can’t find any information about how do I exclude a domain. Please help me guys.

    Guys, its simple, just say to me how do I exclude my custom domains so then I can delete my site, just that, please help

    To delete your site with a custom domain upgrade, you’ll need to do one of the following:

    – move the domain upgrade to another WordPress.com site

    – transfer the domain registration to another domain registrar

    – fully cancel the domain (you will lose the ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee you can register it again)

    After the custom domain is unlinked from the site, you can use the site deletion tool to permanently remove the site. Here’s a bit more information about that:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

    Please make sure to read the warnings and advice before deleting a site. We can’t revert the deletion of a site for any reason.

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed and I can give you more information.

    In fact, I really want to fully cancel the domain and exclude my entire site. No turning back later. How do I fully cancel the domain? Can you help me?

    Both of them. I want to delete everthing, domains and the entire content of my site.

    While I think I know the answer, please forgive the following double check. Losing a domain can be such a nightmare for people if they do not understand what they are getting into when canceling. So we kind of double-down on the “are you sure…

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain bymayblog.com and/or byrecabral.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using either bymayblog.com or byrecabral.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

    Yes rootjosh, I understand the terms and I want to cancel my two domains bymayblog.com and byrecabral.com. I don’t want to use them in the future. Go ahead :)
