Domain cancelation

    I thought I was being hacked and closed down my blog. Realizing that was a mistake, I’d like to see if I could restart my domain as I paid for it through May 2017.

    Hi there, I’m not entirely clear on what you mean. Is the above site at educationalflow.wordpress.com the one you need help with or are you referring to a different site?

    If you mean the above site, I see it online with the last post from 09/09/16

    Are you saying you cancelled a custom domain you purchased from WordPressdotcom and now wish to retrieve it? If so, please return here and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar to receive Staff assistance.

    Hi, the site is jasonfalconio.com. I didn’t think I could add it back but thought I should ask. I started up another blog thinking I had no choice. I added the tag you suggested.

    Thanks for the extra info. Depending on when you cancelled it, Staff will let you know if they are able to recover it for you. Please be patient while waiting for their reply.

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore jasonfalconio.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
