Domain Cancelation

Hello! I would like to cancel my rainyrainyrecords.com domain and get a full refund. The payment reoccured today, and I am pretty sure I tried to cancel it long time ago. I do not want it anymore, and I don’t want the plan either. I got a refund for cancelling my plan, but not for cancelling my domain.
On your website it says I will get a full refund if I cancel within 2 days.Thank you!

I’ve refunded the domain portion of your plan. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
The OP clearly stated that they’ve already cancelled, but did not receive a full refund. Please tag threads like these for staff, as we request in the volunteers guidelines, here:
