Domain cancelation error message

  I requested a refund for my domain that I just purchased, I purchased it about an hour ago. I clicked the link to confirm my cancelation through my email and it said that an error occurred and to contact support. I would like a refund for my domain that I purchased.

  Your domain has been cancelled and the $26 refunded back to your credit card. It may take a business day or two for your bank to reflect the credit.
