  I’ve canceled a domain and want to know the steps to receive a refund.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  @dasbilddesign I can see you were supposed to get a full refund but didn’t, so I’ve processed the rest for you. Please allow several business days for that to appear on your statement.
