Domain canceled on wordpress but still not available 20 days after

    I have purchased a domain and canceled my subscription, both on wordpress. Now that i’m trying to buy it again, it’s still not available, 20 days after…

    Imposible to contact the team of wordpress seems livechat is not available, and it’s impossible to find their form to contact the support team…

    I’m a bit lost and don’t know what to do… if anyone can suggest any solution or share any email to contact wordpress team… this is very frustrating :/

    You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available as they are the only people who can solve this problem.

    When you cancel a domain, you’ll see a warning, because cancelled domains generally aren’t released anytime soon. After a grace period, they go through a lengthy redemption process; you can read about that here. The registry charges an extra fee at this point ($80).

    Let us know if you’d like us to work on redeeming the domain for you, and we’ll send an invoice your way. Or you can allow the redemption process to continue. Just note it’s very risky; more than a few people have lost their domains to other buyers.

    Either way, domain cancellations and expirations are very time-sensitive, so let us know as soon as possible what you’d like to do. Thanks!
