Domain cancellation?
-
I purchased the pro bundle and a domain for my blog at laurenhardy.com. I would like to cancel it for a full refund. It is not what I was looking for. The transaction ids are 9FD14643MH8727141 and 67E40724BB3052919.
Thank you.

Hi there,
Is there anything I can do to help you with these upgrades?
I can cancel and refund your upgrades for you, but keep in mind that we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to register your domain, laurenhardy.com, again.
Please confirm that you’d like to cancel your domain and Value Bundle upgrades.

-
I have canceled and refunded your domain and Value Bundle as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
-
Why am I not able to purchase this domain now? It said it is registered by Wild West Domains… I wanted to purchase it on Go Daddy, and it says it is taken, but there is no way since I am the only person who has owned it.

As mentioned by Chris above, “we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to register your domain, laurenhardy.com, again.”
Canceled domains become the property of our registrar partner and are returned to the public pool at their discretion. We have no control over this process.
-
But no one else bought it, your partner did. Wild West Domains or whoever that is. Do you have any idea how I can get it back?
-
Yes, when you cancel a domain, you give up ownership of the domain and it becomes property of our registrar partner.
I can ask if they’ll restore it, but it may cost an additional fee, or you could wait a week or so to see if they release.
-
-
Alright, I’ll inquire and get back to you via the email address on your account as soon as I hear back.
It will be at least $17 to re-register the domain.
-
-
No, you’ll only be able to restore the domain through us, but you can direct it to GoDaddy by changing your nameservers or transfer it there after 60 days have passed.
Alternatively, you could wait until the registrar releases it for re-purchase.
-
We were able to recover laurenhardy.com without any additional fees, and I have sent an email to the email address on your profile with further instructions.
