Domain Cancellation

  Hey guys, so I bought a domain about 4 days ago and upon doing so soon changed my mind and cancelled it within the 48 hour time allotted (in fact probably only half an hour later) and it has been pending since. Any idea how long it’ll take before the domain is taken down?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  P.S. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. I don’t experience any domain URL redirect when I click http://hashimalnasser.wordpress.com/ so what was the URL you purchased and then canceled please?

  I should have been a little more specific, my bad. The issue is with a domain I created through wordpress: http://www.jivanmusic.com

  When I went to check the cancellation it said it was pending and upon looking at the cancellation info it said I wasn’t eligible for refund as it had been over 48 hours when I checked but I only cancelled it liliterallminutes after creating it.
