domain cancellation

  Hi,

  6 days ago I ordered a domain name. I cancelled the name the day after. I didn’t get a e-mail but I thought it was cancelled. Today I wanted to change my blog into http://www.myfashionism.com and I saw my old domain name. This is really bad for me because I thought it was cancelled. Now, after 6 days i can’t cancel and get a refund. I really like this problem to be solved. Can you please help me?

  As long as you cancelled e1iftugce.com within the 48-hour refund period, you should be eligible for a refund. Staff will be able to see that in their records so I’ve marked this thread for their assistance.

  Since Staff are still away until the 21st, and they have a backlog of threads marked for their attention, please be patient while they get back to you.
