Domain cancellation

  Hi,

  A few days ago I ordered a domain(www.e1iftugce.com) . I thought I cancelled this domain, which I really did. Now my domain isn’t cancelled but there is nothing on this domain either. I want to change the domain name, or get a refund. Is this possible? Now my domain is (www.e1iftugce.wordpress.com) but I want to change it.
