domain cancellation

hello, I am looking to cancel (& get refund) of a misspelled domain name. Unfortunately, the confirmation email got sent to an incorrect email address, so I have no way to confirm it. When I try and cancel it again it just says this upgrade (which it wasn’t) cannot be cancelled. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

Just to confirm, is this for the domain notsobig4-0.com?
So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

Hi Darnell, yes I would like to cancel notsobig4-0.com please.
I think (hopefully!) the privacy setting has already been cancelled and refunded.
Can I also get a refund (£15) for the domain cancellation – as was requested within the 2 day period?

Yes! The private registration has already been canceled and refunded.
I have also canceled your subscription for notsobig4-0.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
