    I cancelled my domain within 2 days but I did not receive a cancellation email for a refund

    Refunds
    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Canceling upgrades
    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    I’ll be glad to help. It looks like you cancelled the WordPress.com Personal Plan + G Suite email on 12/17 for myayurvedicjourney.com and we issued a refund of $85.88 then.

    I still see WordPress.com Personal Plan + G Suite email on your account still for happyvedicgirl.com. Did you need help cancelling this as well?

    Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account. If you can’t locate the refund my suggestion is to ask your bank about any possible delays from their end. Also, the refund may show up on the statement as ‘resolved’ or the bank may simply remove the original charge.
