  I cancelled my domain name instead of the premium plan, but I still want to keep my domain name. Can I repurchase it? Please help.

  Are you speaking of christopolis.live? I should still be able to restore the domain for you, so please confirm if that’s the domain that you want to get back.

  What do I need to do? I have tried but I keep getting this domain is already mapped to a wordpress.com site.

  I have un-cancelled your domain, but because your original payment was refunded, I’ll need you to pay for the domain again before I can restore it to your account. I’ve sent you an email with a payment link to do this. Once we receive payment I can reactivate your domain.

  We have received your payment and the domain is active on your site again.

  You can control which domain shows for your site by setting the primary domain at My Site ->Domains. Or, if you want to use the domain with a different site in your account, please let me know and I can help you move it over.

  Thanks, I’ve noticed my domain has been restored. However, when I was waiting for the restore process, I purchased another domain: http://www.premiereafrica.com because I feared my first domain http://www.christopolis.live wouldn’t be restored. Therefore, when christopolis.live was restored, this automatically gave two purchased domains for one site. My question is how can I transfer one of the domains, specifiaclly, http://www.premiereafrica.com to another site without having to transfer it to another user or registrar?

  First, make sure you have another free *.wordpress.com address to which you can connect that domain. You can use this link to create another site:

  https://wordpress.com/start/site/

  Then let me know the site’s address and I can move the domain over for you.

  Or, if you don’t want to use the domain on WordPress.com but with a different hosting provider, ask that hosting provider for their name servers or IP address, and then you can use those to point the domain to the new host even while the domain is still registered here:

  Move Your Domain to Another Host

  Your premiereafrica.com domain is still in the refund period, so I can also cancel and refund it if you prefer.
