domain cancellation

Hello,
I recently cancelled my purchased domain within the 48 hour window, as well as cancelled my plan. I have received receipt for plan cancellation, but according to your help pages I should be eligible for a refund on the domain as well – should I have received a confirmation via email letting me know its successfully cancelled and that I will be refunded?Also the domain is parked at the moment – does it take some time to process/ get taken down fully? I’d appreciate your help, thank you

Duplicate threads tend to slow down and not expedite things since they increase the volume of traffic.
