Domain Cancellation

  I have cancelled the domain registration of http://www.helengrantpr.com within 48 hours of purchasing it. Will I receive a refund? I have had no notification to tell me that I will.

  Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  Hi helengrantwriter,

  I can issue a refund for helengrantpr.com. Before I do, I just want to check whether you need to use this domain for another site or whether it is no longer needed at all? Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of the domain so it’s something we only recommend doing if helengrantpr.com won’t be needed in the future.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.

  Hello, thank you for your reply. I no longer need http://www.helengrantpr.com and will not need it in the future so yes please I would like a refund.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
