Domain Cancellation

Dear Team,
I have learned today that apparently the domain cos-tra.com is still active. I have not logged in in quite some time and was not aware of that. Today, the domain was renewed for the next year. Upfront, I don’t want to undo this as it would have been my responsibility do be aware of the continuing renewal plan. But when I logged in to stop the renewal plan or, to be more precise, delete the domain, I found that I was not able to do so. The problem seems to be that another user account, to which I have no contact anymore, has the authorization to alter the domain settings, but my payment information is used to pay for it. I would thus like for you to either cancel the domain once and for all or at least delete my payment information in a way that no further charges will be put on my account.

It looks like this domain has not renewed on this account, but instead another account.
I would recommend locating a transaction ID as per this guidance: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and look to go through Account recovery: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Once the account is recovered, you could look to cancel any purchases via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases.
For our information, would you be willing to explain why you’re deciding to cancel/refund?
