  Hello, I want to know when you guys are going to refund my money. I purchased a domain name (ivinart.com) at the beginning of this month. you told me that refund usually takes about a week to process and appear in your statement, but the month is is nearly coming to an end and i have not yet received my money.

  Please refund my money, because i cancelled the domain before 24hrs of purchase.
