Domain Cancellation and Refund

I have been trying to troubleshoot a charge that hit my account days ago. I previously posted in this forum for help which led to multiple emails and recently, it has been over 24 hours since I last heard from anyone at WP regarding my reply/request. It’s taken me hours but I was finally able to determine where the charges came from. They are from the above site. I canceled my plan and for whatever reason also canceled two domains attached to the plan: pioneerstorytellerblog.com, and pioneerstoryteller.com
I did not see an option for a refund unless I missed something. The previous rep who emailed me did not say that these domains were not eligible for refunds. Can someone please take a look and let me know the status? Maybe I missed a step. At the very least I need to make sure that the plan charge will be refunded and that everything else on this account is ready to be deleted for good. Thanks!

The upgrades can be cancelled at any time from by clicking on My Sites (upper left corner) – Upgrades. I can’t find any other conversation between your account and our support team, though. Do you think those were happening under a different user account?
I’m happy to cancel the domain registrations for pioneerstoryteller.com and pioneerstorytellerblog.com. However, the domains are outside the refund window so if I were you I’d leave them as is since paid for. We can help you point those to another hosting provider if you like. And if you can tell me the account where you already reached out to us for help and I may be able to make a case for an extension on that refund window.
You’ve been refunded for the hosting plan portion of the purchase. This normally takes about 10 days to reach your account.
