Domain Cancellation Error

    Hi! I just received an email that my domain was cancelled. I don’t know how this happened and need to recover my domain. Can someone offer any advice?

    It looks like you contacted WordPress.com support earlier today to cancel your Pro plan purchase which also canceled your domain since it was included for free as part of your yearly plan.

    WordPress.com support also sent you a separate email to the email address on file for your account confirming this cancellation and providing you options to pay the annual domain registration fee and recover the domain. You will need to pay for the domain registration since you cancelled the yearly plan.

    Please look for this email (subject line Live chat follow-up: Domain cancelled) and respond to them for further assistance.
