Domain cancellation error, refund requested and not granted.

    I submitted to cancel my domain name and requested a refund during the 48 hour cancellation period. I have not received a refund and the domain is still active. I attempted this multiple times during the cancellation period. I have now purchased a new domain using another server. There has obviously been some error on the part of wordpress.com. Obviously I would like my refund and for the domain to be cancelled.

    The domain is humanvaluesforum.com

    How do I contact wordpress.com direct to complain?
