Domain cancellation not refundable?

  I purchased a domain on 07/11/2014, but then cancelled it right away. Today (07/13/2014) I checked My Upgrades and read the following message form the Cancellation Info: “Domain products can only be refunded within 48 hours of original purchase. This product was purchased 2 days ago and so is not eligible.” However, I DID cancel it right away (I would say 30mins after buying it), and it changed from “Status: Active” to “Status: Cancellation Pending”. Why is it not giving me the money back? So now I don’t have a domain and I don’t have my money.
  What is the meaning of this?

  It actually looks like it went through between when I sent my response to you and now. That’s very strange!

  In any case, your domain fee has been refunded to you and your domain has been cancelled. You are good to go, and the funds should appear back in your account between a few days and a few weeks depending on your bank.
