Domain Cancellation : Support not responding
-
Hi,
I registered a domain photo-pedia.net on 1st September but I wanted to cancel it for certain reasons. Within a day I contacted support and then I also sent a follow up, but I got no response or reply. Now I am beyond my 48 hour limit.
Can someone please let me know how I could get the credit refund ?Thanks,

I just responded to your request not that long again. Please feel free to reply via email. If you don’t see my reply, please let me know!

@curlee – domain name cancellation requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the original registration and you registered your name some 3 weeks ago. Note also that a domain name can not be transferred to another registrar for 60 days that is an ICANN (internet) rule to prevent fraud. I guess if you insisted the staff could just cancel your domain.
Also all requests for refunds must be made to the Staff and not with rude demands in the Forum.

Same as my christiansatbrunel.com registered domain. Sent support twice to delete/remove permanently. No response.

I’ve sent three emails trying to get help from support. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard back.

@mattd1985
I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Would you please state which blog you are referring to and exactly what you want Staff to help you with? -
My blog is http://www.mountainhighmotoring.com. I purchased that custom domain last October. Even though I’ve renewed the domain it is still down and it actually went down before it expired. The blog won’t work and it has stopped showing up on search engines as well. I’m able to access the dashboard but I can’t view the blog.

Your mountainhighmotoring.com domain is registered at Dreamhost. All of the domain mapping settings on our side look proper. However, when I look up the nameservers for mountainhighmotoring.com I don’t see any values set.
Can you log in to your domain registrar, which looks to be Dreamhost, and update the nameservers to point back to WordPress.com? Thanks.
