  We had a domain with you company and the suscirption got expire on October, we didn’t know the issue until this weekend and we are trying to activate our domain again… our domain is http://www.sumiglobal.com… please let us know how to solve this issue ASAP…. thanks for your cooperation.

  What happens when my domain expires?

  Once a domain expires, it goes through a series of steps that make it increasingly difficult (and more expensive) to renew.

  We have successfully paid for the redemption of our domain … please, we need to activate our domain as soon as possible. Is there any way that wordpress can help my speed the process of activation of our domain?… please help me!…

  I’ve sent a note to our domain partner asking for sumiglobal.com to be redeemed. Once I hear back from them I’ll send a note your way. Typically, we hear back within 48 hours.

  We are in the same boat here with http://www.dawnspowysdance.org. It has recently expired (and the notification went to an old email address) so we are now seeking to go through the process of renewing the domain through the redemption process. Please can you advise as soon as possible how we do this? Also note, that we cannot reach emails sent to the address logged with wordpress – (email visible only to moderators and staff) as this no longer exists. Thank you.
