I took a look into your account and can see that the subscription you canceled for a refund was the Premium plan, not the domain. Your domain remains active on your account and has not been canceled.
You can view the list of active subscriptions on your account by following these steps:
- Click on your profile at https://wordpress.com/me.
- From the side menu, select Purchases.
- You will see a list of active subscriptions under Active Upgrades.
That said, if you’d like to set the domain as your primary site address, your site must have an active paid plan. If your intention is to connect the domain to a site on another platform, you can do that as well by adding the required DNS records for that platform to your domain.
