Domain cancelled without requesting it to be cancelled

My domain was cancelled but I did not request it to be so. I sent a complaint about the constant reminders to renew – I found them to be intrusive, but I did renew because I need the domain and the custom site control. I did not ask for a refund, but your Happiness Engineer, Chris, went ahead and did it anyways. Now all my custom changes are gone and so is my domain even though I did not ask for it to be so.
Please return my site to the way it was and cancel the refund.
I can’t believe this happened. I thought WordPress was a good place to call my blog home, but I have to wonder. What has happened to your company?

Thanks for the quick reply. I made this public because, quite frankly, I need this resolved fast. I have steady readers that use my purchased domain name so its loss means the loss of readers. That’s very serious.
