Domain Cancle and Refund

    Hello,

    I submitted a request to cancel shortly after I purchased. The purchase was made together and it was misleading to have to submit two separate cancellation request. I am requesting that you please provide me with a refund given that I attempted to cancel immediately after purchase and was unaware this would not be canceled when I submitted the request.

  • Hi, typically when you cancel an upgrade it will say it’s sent an email for you to verify. I’ll check on that.

    In the meantime, are you planning to use butterflychilddevelopment.com elsewhere?

    Hi there!

    First, I’m Korean and not good at english.

    I want to cancel my auto-renew upgrade transaction.

    I submitted my request on my “Manage Purchase” menu, and got confirmation email.

    But the Confirm Cancellation button did not work. The page that opens after click the confirm cancellation button show me message “There are problem while cancel the purchase. please contact support team..”
    actually this message written in Korean language..but I think the mean of message is not different.

    Please cancel my auto purchase and turn off auto-renew option.
    I want refund all of money. ( I do not want to use of domain mapping)
