Domain cannot be found?

    Hello,

    I have had the domain name “rockabillyruby.co.uk” for 3 years now, payment was taken on 21st August 2014 to renew this but the domain can no longer be located? All my posts are still in the dashboard but it appears the above domain no longer exists even though I have just renewed it?
    No one can view my site and when they click on previous posts they are directed to an error page!

    Hi there Roxanne!

    Your domain mapping doesn’t expire here until September 19, 2015. Your status is absolutely fine here at WordPress.com. The problem lies in that your domain is not registered here. It may have expired with your domain registrar. I see that it is available for purchase:
    http://who.is/whois/rockabillyruby.co.uk

    So, you can re-register it, if you wish to continue using the custom domain name.

    In the meantime, you can make rockabillyruby.wordpress.com your primary domain so your visitors are able to view your site. You can do that in your Dashboard here:
    https://rockabillyruby.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

    Simply click your WordPress.com site and make it your primary domain.
