Domain Can't Transfer

  I have follow tutorial about transfer domain in http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

  The status is change : http://prntscr.com/43490k

  when I check in http://whois.domaintools.com/rizalkurnia.com

  the status is still locked.

  Hi Rizal,

  We are actually having a bit of trouble with domains not unlocking like they are supposed to. We are in contact with our domain registrar partners to see why this is happening, and I have added your domain to the list of domains which are having issues. As soon as I have additional information, I will let you know!
