  Hi there.

  I already have a domain but WordPress doesn’t allow me to use it – would it be ok to get a refund on my purchase?

  Hello Mark,

  May I ask if the system returns to you any explanation on why you can’t use your own domain? Have you tried to connect it to your WordPress.com site by mapping it?

  To request a refund, please go to your Manage Purchases page, find the domain you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund. The system is going to ask a confirmation of cancellation on the next pages.
