domain cencellation

  I have requested for for domain cancellation immediately after i register the domain. In two days I checked you were saying ‘pending cancellation’. Suddenly when i check now, i have miss the 48 hours of cancellation period.

  I just cannot understand, as I mentioned in the cancellation request ‘the domain name not the name that i wanted’. As a reputable domain provider, how could you this to me?

  I demand for refund!

  My apologies for any trouble. I’m not sure what happened to cause the cancellation to not go through.

  I have processed that refund for you and canceled the domain name. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
