domain change

I have changed domain names, the old one isn
t active now, but my blog has it as default linked, I cant access the dashboard because it`s trying to go to the old domain address each time. I need it changing.I can`t move forward until this has been sorted out.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I came from the support page direct to here from wordpress.com, I
m not a member at .org site. The wordpress blog created was setup with the said domain name at the time and now the domain isnt active it is still trying to go there via any link I try. Because of this Im stuck. I need it changing or the account deleted, I cant delete it as I cant access the dashboard because getting there includes the domain address. -
I have just read that I can`t delete self hosted but you can, please delete http://www.moolah.website for me, remove the account, then I can start over.
