  I have started a new website with my old domain name but need to access my old wordpress account. How do I access the old website and assign a new domain name to it? Second question, how do I deactivate a wordpress account (I have two with the same name)

  Hi there,
  I had a similar problem with changing domain names. I had to chat with a happiness engineer and they were able to fix it for me. As for deleting or deactivating a WordPress account this is what I found:

  Thank you! I have successfully deleted the duplicate account and I found a “happiness engineer” who showed me how to get in the back door! Thanks much!
