  Hi!
  I need to change a domain from wordpress to one that I own. How can I do that with a minimum cost?

  Can you please provide us the Domain name and also the name of the registrar to which you need to transfer it?

  Hi there,

  To use a domain you already own with a WordPress.com site you will need to buy one of our plans. The cheapest option is the Personal Plan:

  https://wordpress.com/plans/

  Once you’ve bought the plan you can either transfer the domain to us, or you can leave it registered at your current provider (meaning you’ll have to pay them as well to renew it each year) and just map it here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
